Return Policy
You have30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us via service@reecootech.com, and we will provide with return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us – no returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify youwithin 1-3 days whether your return application is approved or not.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will refund to your original payment. You will receive the refund within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment method.
We do not keep your payment information on file.
ReturnFees
When items are returned due to faults we will issue a full refund for the purchase, including original postage fees and return postage fees. This will be determined after we have inspected the product.
For ‘change of mind’ returns will be refund the value of the product only, and you need to pay for return shipping.
During the one-year warranty period, if the product is damaged, we will re-issue a new product for you free of charge.
